  Leo Elias Frankel, 75, farmer, died of heart failure Friday at Delta Regional Medical Center in Greenville. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. today at Leland-Stoneville Cemetery. Boone Funeral Home has charge. He was a World War II Navy veteran and a member of Hebrew Union Congregation in Greenville and the Leland Lions Club. Mr. Frankel, the husband of Joyce Ellen Ellard Frankel, also leaves two daughters, Kathy F. Smith of Leland and Linda F. Gwin of Memphis; a son, Lee Morris Frankel of Leland; a sister, Dolly Ann Newmark of Jasper, Ala., and five grandchildren.
